Does Borvin Beverage have a return policy?
Yes. We know that wine is a "living" product and that a consumer may find a defective product. If you find a defective Borvin Beverage product, please return it to the retailer where it was purchased for a free replacement.

What are Borvin Beverage's hours of operation?
Monday - Friday: OPEN from 8 AM - 5 PM (except holidays)
Saturday: CLOSED (except for special requests received by Thursday)
Sunday: CLOSED
Does Borvin Beverage distribute major, "name brand" wines?
No. However, we do import and distribute wines from most major wine producing regions of the world.
Many of our wines are made by small producers that are located in the same regions of these "name brand" producers. As a result, our producers utilize the exact same climate, soil, wine-making knowledge and growing conditions. The only real difference is that the smaller producers sell their wines at a fraction of the price of the "name brand" producer.
Additionally, technological advances and wine production innovations allow for most wines to meet or exceed the quality of the "name brand" wines.
Does Borvin Beverage offer volume discounts?
Yes. Please contact your local sales representative or our office for details.
Does Borvin Beverage have a return policy?
Yes. If you or your customer find a defective product, we will replace it for free. However, please save the defective product so that we may analyze it for quality control purposes.
